By using MobGuild you agree to these terms. Creating an account and continuing to use the service means you accept this agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and activity. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that violate our rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant MobGuild a license to host, display, and moderate it on the platform.
Prohibited content and author liability
You alone bear full responsibility for all materials you publish (including threads, posts, comments, images, and links). This includes, without limitation, content related to extremist activity, Nazi propaganda or ideology, and the trafficking, use, or promotion of substances prohibited under the laws of the Russian Federation. MobGuild is not the author of user-generated content and is not liable for user actions that violate Russian Federation law. Such materials will be removed immediately; the offending account may be restricted or banned, and information may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
